Designing a room takes about ages. E.g. the Burj al arab room took me about 2ooo hours of designing. With selling of the rooms it is a little bit like compensate the time I was investing - but - in general am designing for fun and to make people happy.

I did share about 8 years my designs for free at 3dxChatSharing until one of my rooms was used without my permission in videos. There are still older free-downloads of mine at the 3dxModzforum.

Sometimes I am designing on request/demand, like the Boiler Club Paris -just contact me ingame. All designs are unique! We do offer high quality designs with exciting elements. The AI generated pictures I do design by myself with an open source php-script for stable diffusion. I did not use any page, which is selling stable diffusion services!
